Facility & Factory Maintenance Services: We provide holistic service solutions to ensure your assets continue to provide you with continuous income. Breakdowns of plant & equipment are costly and we’re here to ensure they keep working. We provide supporting Electrolux, LG and Sea Lion commercial laundry equipment 24/7 breakdown repairs. Our multi-trade capability also allows us to manage the electrical, plumbing, gas, drainage, ventilation, fabrication and other practical requirements involved in commercial laundry installations.
Preventative Maintenance: Our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs are designed to prevent unexpected breakdowns, maintaining operational efficiency and extending the lifespan of your equipment.

Fixed price servicing and Planned Preventative Maintenance plans*
PPMs are our specialty, including scheduled on-site servicing to ensure your equipment runs in an optimal manner. We offer monthly, quarterly, and 6-monthly servicing schedules. These PPMs are designed to ensure the servicing of all the common items needing constant maintenance to therefore avoid breakdowns.
We visit your site to assess your equipment and can advise on what items can and should be serviced, along with recommended frequencies of service. We then prepare free quote options based on those recommendations, specifically tailored for you.

Clear and upfront pricing
If any maintenance and repairs are required that are not outlined on the service sheet, we will clearly price and gain your approval before commencing any work.
24/7 Emergency breakdown service and on-call support
While servicing is scheduled around the hours convenient to your business, we also recognise and provide an out of hours call-out service, should the need arise to resolve any emergencies to get you back up and running (a surcharge may apply in these instances).
Full comprehensive service
All our technicians are appropriately qualified so you can rest assured that all work will be compliant, and any required certification will be issued with work completed, such as electrical, gas, refrigerant including our registered electrical technicians who can undertake necessary electrical repairs to your machinery and equipment.

With over 70-years of combined specialist experience in commercial food machinery, complemented by growing specialist capability in commercial laundry equipment and associated services.
Full documentation of work undertaken
All maintenance activity undertaken at each respective machine is recorded against its individual service sheet. Service sheets and reports are sent to you to verify completion of all work. All measurements and notes are recorded for future reference.
Replacement parts and materials
As authorised service agents for key suppliers, we have the ability to source parts both locally and internationally. Where parts are obsolete or hard to find, we can fabricate and/or machine any worn or damaged parts at our local workshop.
